Hannah Hardy

Manager, Chronic Disease & Injury Prevention Program, Allegheny County Health Department

Hannah E. Hardy is the Manager for the Chronic Disease and Injury Prevention Program at the Allegheny County Health Department. Hannah has a 20-year career working in a mixture of both non-profit and local government positions in the areas of community development, public health and the environment. In her current role Hannah is responsible for overseeing the implementation of the countywide health and wellness campaign and activities that include locally, state and federally funded programs. She is a Principal Investigator for two cooperative agreements with the Centers for Disease Control. In her previous position she was the Director of Operations and Programming for Let’s Move Pittsburgh based at Phipps Conservatory and Botanical Gardens. Hannah received her Doctorate in Community Engagement from Point Park University, Master’s Degree in Public Administration from the University of Pittsburgh, Graduate School of Public & International Affairs and a Bachelor’s Degree from Miami University of Ohio.
